Emily Slabaugh

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Emily moved back to Central, South Carolina, in 2015 from Indiana and has fully embraced the rich Southern culture! Her adventurous spirit has provided an ample amount of time to discover the area, and as a result she has become quite a proponent of the area! She comes from a public relations and teaching background where she worked promoting a professional basketball team and taught kindergarten for three years! Emily’s education and professional background in public relations and teaching has established importance of communication, building a trusting relationship, and planning. Emily has helped countless clients stage their home, and create innovative marketing campaigns assisting her clients to get top dollar for the sale of their home. She loves to help her clients find their next place to call home! Her hope, is that her clients will find their perfect place to call home, using what they will find to be a life-long friend as they settle in to this beautiful area.

Todd Voss

Client Care Specialist

Todd Voss served in various roles in Higher Education for several decades culminating in serving as a university president in South Carolina until 2021.  His success in team building, planning, equipping constituents, helping hundreds of new employees find homes, and notably in designing, building and renovating key housing, acedemic, athletic and specialty structures on multiple college campuses are halmarks of his first career.  Working with planners, real estate professionals and government officials on property sales, acquistions and highest use were important and rewarding aspects in his previous roles, all with the goals of improving lives and communities. 

Now in his second career, he has added considerably to his knowledge base to offer residential real estate services with exceptional integrity and client care.  Todd is married to Julie, and has two grown children and four grandchildren.

David Slabaugh

Chief Operations Officer

David brings a wealth of marketing and client centered innovation experience to the E. Slabaugh & Co. team. David worked in higher education in marketing, recruiting and enrollment management for over 15 years. His years in marketing naturally developed skill sets in social media and technological innovations. Even though he enjoys data and making sure things are working behind the scenes, David loves people and thrives on genuine relationships.
