A Certified Pre-Approval or Pre-Qualification letter from a lender can help you decide how much you can afford when shopping, and helps your offer when the time comes to write.
We’ll discuss the details of your pre-approval as well as what you’re looking for and start shopping!
I will begin sourcing homes that meet most of your criteria, if no exact matches are available. Once you see a home that peaks your interest, we will set up a showing and check the property out!
Once you’ve made the big decision, we will construct an offer to submit to the seller. I will explain all documents and make sure you are comfortable!
Congratulations! At this point, we are under contract and on our way to the closing table, but we still have a few things left.
Our first step under contract is to schedule and conduct inspections using an authorized and licensed home inspector to determine if any deficiencies are present.
If you are financing, you will require an appraisal contingency. An appraiser will come out and conduct an appraisal on the home to make sure it is priced appropriately.
Now that we’ve aced the inspection and appraisal, it’s time to close and take ownership! There will be a lot of documents to sign with the attorney, but I will be right beside you the whole time!
